If a resident is requesting a second move on a day that is already reserved, there will be an additional non-refundable fee of $150 added to the move fee. All checks should be made out to One River Place. These checks must be received the day the freight elevator is being booked. The deposit check will be returned by mail after an inspection of the common area has been performed.
