Basic Cable/Internet and Garage Parking Space #117, included. Building has full amenities with fitness center, roof top deck/grills, 24- hour doorman, additional storage and bike room. Close to Expressways, the EL- near CTA Brown or CTA Blue line trains, Bus, East Bank Club, restaurants, shopping and kayak rentals. Building located near beautiful Erie Park (Montgomery Play lot) with River Walk, River Taxi. Cable and internet included. Moves must be reserved through, and approved by, the on-site Property Manager at least 72 hours in advance. No weekend move-ins. There are two possible moving times, Monday through Friday 10:00 am to 1:00 pm or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Moving and furniture deliveries must be conducted through the loading dock and south elevator. Under no circumstances will a resident move through or allow furniture delivery through any garage entrance or any pedestrian entrance. In order to book the freight elevator residents must submit to the on-site management company two checks, one deposit and one fee. The non-refundable fee is $250 and the deposit is $250 for the first moved scheduled for a given day. If a resident is requesting a second move on a day that is already reserved, there will be an additional non-refundable fee of $150 added to the move fee. All checks should be made out to One River Place. These checks must be received the day the freight elevator is being booked. The deposit check will be returned by mail after an inspection of the common area has been performed.
